NOTICE: Amended Summer Hours

• Phone Support: From July 1 through July 21, 2026, Boston Pre-K Enrollment phone support will be available Tuesday and Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During the week of July 27–31, 2026, phone calls will not be monitored. Please leave a voicemail, and our staff will return your call upon our return in early August.
• Email Support: The email address listed above will continue to be monitored July 1 through July 24, 2026. You can expect a response within 48 hours, in most cases. During the week of July 27–31, 2026, emails will not be monitored. Our staff will respond to your message upon our return in early August.
