Deaf Youth Outdoor Leadership

Deaf Youth Outdoor Leadership (DYOL) is a non-profit organization that empowers diverse deaf youth to develop leadership skills through peer-based outdoor adventures. DYOL is co-founded by our very own high school teacher, John Wilcox.
