Mary Dillman

Mary joined the Boston Public Schools in 2010.

Most recently, Mary served as the BPS Executive Director of the Office of Data and Accountability, leading district implementation related to analytics, assessment, collaborative inquiry, performance management, and research. Mary taught high school English and English Language Development, coached Turnaround and Transformation leaders, and founded the BPS Data Inquiry Team. Mary holds a B.A. in Policy Studies and Sociology from Rice University and a Master’s Degree in Urban Education Policy from Brown University. She lives in Jamaica Plain with her spouse and two sons.
