At Massachusetts 2020, research is central to our work. We continually seek to document, study and analyze efforts to expand learning opportunities—both in Massachusetts and elsewhere. We then leverage these findings to craft the most effective policies and the most focused technical assistance possible. And we ultimately depend on research to show that ELT schools are, indeed, improving academic outcomes, improving student engagement, and opening new opportunities for children.
