Approved - As part of the consent calendar, the Committee unanimously approved grants totaling $2,057,213.

Approved - As part of the consent calendar, the Committee unanimously approved an international travel request for students from Boston Latin School to travel to Quebec, Canada from May 26-29, 2017

Approved - As part of the consent calendar, the Committee unanimously approved an internaional tracel request for students from the John W. McCormack Middle School to trave to Costa Rica from June 5-17 , 2017

Approved - By roll call, the Committee unanimously approved the Superintendent's recommendation to withdraw the district from the MA School Choice Plan for school year 2017-18.

11. Executive Session

Approved - By roll call, the Committee voted unanimously to enter into executive session to discuss strategies related to litigation. To have these discussions in an opening meeting could have a detrimental impact on the Committee’s litigating position. The Committee did not return to public session.
