    • Acknowledges color-blindness or other types of blindness as a barrier

    • Facilitators empower participants by creating structures for everyone to succeed and uses a variety of examples that are diverse and do not reinforce stereotypes

    • Outcomes include creating structures for all students to excel and demonstrating high expectations for all students
