• Saturday, February 1, 2025 is the deadline to submit Formative Assessments for Teacher and SISP educators on 1-year plans (Developing and 1-Year Self-Directed Growth), and Formative Artifacts are due two weeks prior.

First observations for SISP and Teacher staff must be conducted by Friday, November 15th and feedback must be released no later than Friday, November 22nd.

All staff with Teacher and SISP plans in VectorEvals should have submitted goals by October 1. Evaluators must approve them by November 1.

After rosters are released on Thursday, September 5th, your school's unique Google Spreadsheet link (emailed to school leaders August 22) will be populated. Please provide evaluator assignments for your teacher, BASAS, SISP, Managerial, and Paraprofessional staff to be uploaded into VectorEvals. When complete, please type "READY TO UPLOAD" in the first cell. We will make uploads in the order that they are indicated as ready.

A unique Google Form link (emailed to school leaders August 22) to distribute to educator staff to be completed by Monday, September 16th. Email eval@bostonpublicschools.org with questions.

The Central Office group will continue to use the “Managerial Plan” in VectorEvals and the School-Based group will begin to use the “Managerial Plan” in VectorEvals to submit all evaluation forms. Please refer to the new HRS-PM06 Superintendent Circular for further details.

August 30, 2024 in Bolling Room 4-43 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm is the first session available for SY24-25. One session per month will run through May 2025. Sign up in Vector PD if you manage Central Office staff and have not yet attended. Be sure to take the pre-work module in advance of the training.
