School Based Management

The Murphy School Site Council is the governing body of the school and works with the principal in making important decisions regarding the running of the school. The Murphy School Site Council consists of the principal, teachers, and parents. Each year teachers and parents are elected to represent their group as voting members of the Murphy School Site council. Meetings are held once a month. All meetings are posted on the Murphy Calendar page. All parents and staff are invited and encouraged to attend as meetings are open to all and subject to the MA open meetings law.
