BPS Family Portal Account
The BPS Student Information System puts you in control of your child's education, granting you 24/7 access to your child's information. Now, parents can connect with classrooms and teachers can keep families up-to-date on the progress of their students.
All Henderson parents and guardians received a unique access code via email from Tricia Lampron. If you did not receive your access code, please call the school to receive your code.

What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the I forgot my password link on the login page to answer your security question and reset your password.
What if I lost my ID?
Contact your school's main office to recover your login ID. Please note that the Boston Public Schools will not provide IDs and passwords over the phone.
Is my child's information safe?
Yes, your child's information is securely protected and is only accessible to you and your child's school. If at any time you feel that your account is being accessed by another person, please contact your child's school as soon as possible.
Can I access the portal in my home language?
During the testing period, the portal is only available in English. We will, however, be launching the portal to all schools in multiple languages during the coming year!
