Who We Are

We represent the Boston School Committee and the Superintendent in all labor matters.  This includes matters before state courts and agencies, and other forums.   

What We Do

Labor Relations also negotiates and administers the District’s collective bargaining agreements with the Unions that represent District employees.  There are 12 bargaining units covering over 9000 employees.
