     The Mildred has developed powerful partnerships with the following core partner organizations to help support our students. 
     
    •   City Year Boston team members support teaching and learning in each one of our Grades 3 to 8 classrooms.  Mildred Avenue has the largest City Year Team in Boston.

    •   Generations is a service organization that provides literacy teaching volunteers to each of our classrooms in Grades K1 to 2.

    •   The Mildred Avenue Community Center serves hundreds of our students and families afterschool and on the weekends.  Students engage in a range of diverse programming such as martial arts, fashion design and music recording.  The Community Center provides afterschool programming for many of our students as well.

    Harlem Lacrosse - Harlem Lacrosse provides comprehensive academic support and development as well as athletic development for approximately fifty upper school students at the Mildred Avenue.
     
    * Franciscan Children's provides mental health services (counseling, small groups and teacher development) at the Mildred Avenue.
