Boston Public Schools has partnered with Zūm to provide a new and improved platform for parents/guardians to track their student’s school bus. Download the Zūm App to view your student's school bus assignment, track rides in real time and receive alerts when the school bus is arriving, receive alerts in case of delays, and much more.

The BPS Transportation Department works with over 200 schools across the district to team up and ensure every student gets to school safely and on time. If you're a school staff member, please utilize the resources below.

All transportation requests can be made through our Support Portal. You can create tickets to report or inquire about any of the following:
