Voluntary Education & Prevention Workshop (Tier 2)

Our in-person and online programs are voluntary, not for students who have been suspended. Students must be marked as present in ASPEN.

Families/Caregivers, please learn more about our check in policies and procedures.

 

Grades 3-5: Succeed Boston provides a 75-minute online voluntary education and prevention workshop on Thursdays at 10am. Students should join the Zoom workshop from their school building, and an adult must supervise.

Students will receive programming on a range of topics, including the following:

  • Decision-making and self-management
  • Bullying prevention and cyberbullying
  • Bias-based speech and behavior 
  • Healthy relationships and boundaries

 

Grades 6-12: Succeed Boston provides a 1-day in-person voluntary education prevention workshop on Thursdays at Succeed Boston @ the Counseling & Intervention Center. Scheduling will be based on grade level:

  • Middle School: 1st and 3rd Thursday
  • High School: 2nd and 4th Thursday

Students will receive programming related to:

  • Bullying prevention and cyberbullying
  • Bias-based speech and behavior
  • Code of Conduct (arson, weapons, etc.)
  • Conflict resolution and healthy relationships
  • Sexual misconduct
