Immigration Clinics
Do you need immigration advice from a lawyer? Volunteer lawyers work with the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA) to offer free immigration consultations on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 12 pm to 3 pm. To schedule an appointment call (617) 635-2980 or email immigrantadvancement@boston.gov. During COVID-19, appointments are by telephone. Interpretation and disability accommodations are available. More information in several languages can be found on boston.gov/immigrant.
The Irish International Immigrant Center holds legal clinics for immigration assistance at different locations around Boston including Downtown Boston, Brighton, South Boston, Dorchester. Please see below or click here for more information.
Citizenship Workshops and Clinics
The Irish International Immigrant Center also offers a weekly FREE citizenship clinic on the 8th floor at One State Street in Boston on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Immigrants Like Us, founded at Harvard University is a nonprofit offering low-income immigrants free legal services for naturalization, family green card, and DACA renewal. Please check out their website for more info: immigrantslikeus.org.

Working with community organizations, MIRA Coalition offers Citizenship Clinics to make the citizenship process more accessible to immigrants. They hosts clinics in around the Greater Boston area to offer free legal assistance for eligible legal permanent residents who want to become citizens.
MIRA Coalition also provides a handout about citizenship process in various language including Spanish(Español), Portuguese (Português), and Haitian Creole (Kreyòl Ayisyen).
