Rochelle M. Nwosu

Rochelle M. Nwosu

Chief of Staff

After graduating from Smith College, Rochelle started her career in public service as an ESL teacher in the Boston Public Schools (BPS). Following her time in the classroom, Rochelle held the positions of Recruitment Manager and Director of Operations within the district.

These roles sparked Rochelle's interest in school leadership, and she later completed her principal program at Boston College's Lynch Leadership Academy. In addition, Rochelle served as the principal of the Mather Elementary School in BPS and was the Founding Principal of the Waltham Dual Language School, a K-5 bilingual school.

Rochelle is committed to transforming the lives of all students through a lens of equity in exemplary teaching, strong leadership, and strategic direction.

Rochelle is a proud graduate of Boston Public Schools, lives in Dorchester with her two daughters and husband, and enjoys running and traveling.
