Aspiring Principal Fellowship

Loi Le

Josiah Quincy Elementary School

"I am honored to join the Josiah Quincy Elementary School community as a Principal Fellow. As a Vietnamese immigrant and former ESL teacher, I know firsthand the power of education to bridge cultures and unlock potential. My experiences as a teacher and bilingual instructional coach have reinforced my belief that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and challenged. I am deeply committed to multilingual education and to fostering culturally and linguistically sustaining practices that honor and elevate the identities of all learners. I look forward to partnering with families and staff to champion equity, celebrate our diverse cultures, and ensure all students experience rigorous and joyful learning."

Emmanuel Fairley-Pittman

Roosevelt K-8

"I am thrilled to join the Roosevelt K-8 school community as an Aspiring Principal Fellow for the 2025-2026 school year. I am driven by the core belief that trusting relationships are the crux of educational work, and I aspire to partner with families and the community to cultivate learning environments where every student feels seen, valued, and ready to learn."

Carleen Hibbert

David A. Ellis Elementary School

“I am a passionate educator and aspiring principal with over 17 years of experience dedicated to advancing equity and student voice in schools. Throughout my career as a teacher, coach, and instructional leader, I have worked to build strong relationships while implementing high-quality instructional materials and strengthening multi-tiered systems of support so that all students, especially students with disabilities and multilingual learners, can access rigorous, grade-level learning. As a mother of three boys, I understand the importance of equity, advocacy and opportunity, and that perspective fuels my mission to create environments where every child can be successful. Both my professional and lived experiences drive me to lead with purpose, foster culturally responsive practices, and inspire others to see what is possible when there is a deep belief in students and what they can accomplish.”
