VEOCI
Veoci Platform for processing translation and interpretation requests
The Veoci translation and interpretation management platform employed by Boston Public Schools is intended to enhance the administration of translation and interpretation services. This system is designed to accommodate requests from various stakeholders, including individual schools and central offices, creating a unified and accessible channel for managing language-related needs. Through Veoci, staff members can submit requests, track their progress, and coordinate the delivery of translation and interpretation services. The platform's centralized nature ensures a streamlined workflow and facilitates seamless communication between different entities within the school system. How to access Veoci and submit requests:
All BPS employees can access and use Veoci by creating an account and following the policies and guidelines set by the Office of Language Access Services.
