Bullying Intervention and Prevention Training (2-day)
This training will explore how to recognize and address bullying, delving into biased-based conduct, sexual misconduct, healthy relationships, suicide prevention, and the reporting process.
BPS mandates that all schools identify two staff members as Bullying Intervention Specialists (BIS). Priority will be given to school-based staff who will be a BIS. Please contact your RP/SAWS Specialist with any questions.

Building a Restorative Community (2-day)
This training will explore the elements of a caring and just restorative community and build participants' capacity to create a plan for implementation. Registration priority will be given to leadership and individuals who support the implementation of Restorative Practices in schools.

- August 20th and 21st
- August 26th and 27th

Maintaining a Restorative Community (2-day)
This training will help us develop a shared language and explore whole school cultural practices to ensure we are maintaining a restorative community. Participants must be trained in Tier 1 before participating.

iDECIDE / Substance Use Prevention (2-day)
This training will explore substance use and misuse. Participants will learn about current trends related to how students consume marijuana and will leave with the tools to start a conversation about substances and potential treatment options.
