Partitions are in place and ready to be used (plexiglass and/or vinyl shields for work that requires closer contact than six feet or work in administrative spaces).
Windows - In schools where there is no HVAC, there is at least one window operable and/or openable in instructional spaces to ensure proper ventilation.
Sanitizing stations are available in interior (not exterior) entrance(s) & classrooms.
Signage marking circulation routes and protocols are established for student and staff entry/exit of buildings (arrival, dismissal, recess, lunch etc.) to accommodate physical distancing.
Medical waiting area/isolation room is identified. This space will not be used for any other purpose, and is confirmed appropriate (has a window and/or HVAC capacity).
Mask Breaks - Plans, protocols and designated area(s) for mask breaks are established.
Distancing - All classrooms and spaces in the school are able to be set up to support 6 feet distancing for students and staff (or plan for same).
Fogger is present with supplies and/or schedule and plan for sharing is provided.
Fire and Active Shooter Drill Plans are established and account for social distancing.
Working sinks in each restroom and/or accessible to staff and students on each floor (e.g. not only in staff bathroom): Running Water, Soap dispensers, Paper towel dispensers are functioning properly.
Waste Receptacles - Each instructional space is provided with appropriate waste receptacles.
