Shaloh House is a full day, year-round program, licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). Founded in 1965, Shaloh House has been providing generations of children with quality childcare in the Greater Boston Area.
Our primary goal is to create a safe, nurturing educational environment for children between 2 and 5.5 years old that we serve. We prepare children for their future schooling by developing students’ emotional, physical, and intellectual skills. Shaloh’s educators work in partnership with students’ families to further foster each child’s development.
All Boston children who are 4 years old by September 1, 2020, qualify for Boston Public Schools Universal Pre-K program at Shaloh’s preschool. The preschool program is a full six-and-a-half-hour school day at either a BPS school or at a community early learning center like us at no cost to families.
