Schools & Departments
The BPS Transportation Department works with over 200 schools across the district to team up and ensure every student gets to school safely and on time. If you're a school staff member, please utilize the resources below.
Looking to find out if one of your students qualifies for transportation services? Click your school group below to review the requirements.
All transportation requests are now made through our Support Portal called FreshDesk. You can create tickets to report or inquire about any of the following:
- Tpass orders (Click here for a Tutorial)
- Bus assignment change requests
- Other inquiries
Our team will look into your inquiry and follow up with you within 24-48 hours at the contact information you provide. You can also now chat with a live representative by clicking the little blue icon in the bottom right corner if you have any questions!
