YMCA SUMMER PROGRAMMING/YMCA SUMMER LEARNING @ CAMP PONKAPOAG

Boston Public Schools and the YMCA of Greater Boston partner to offer a Summer Learning Academy at Camp Ponkapoag that serves students grade 2-7. Students catch buses in the Grove Hall neighborhood in the morning that deliver them to the camp in Canton. Students do math and literacy in the morning and are taught by BPS teachers. In the afternoon, students participate in activities like swimming, archery, sports and other outdoor activities the camp is 100% outdoors--all classes and programming take place outside.
