2018 School Performance Data

  • The Office of Data and Accountability has designed school-level data workbooks to allow members of the larger BPS community to explore performance by subgroups in specific data sources over time. A selection of data points from these workbooks have been made available below in PDF format.

     
    Access each school's 2018 performance data overview below. These overviews contain data disaggregated by race. For historical performance data overviews: 2017 overviews and 2016 overviews.

Data Included

  • Depending on the grade levels served, the following data points are included for school years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018:

     Data Sources Included in PDFs
     *Students in grades 3-8 took the Next Generation MCAS in 2017 for the first time. Two years of data are available. Students in high school continued to take the legacy MCAS, so data are included for the last three years.
    **BPS administered a new climate survey for students in 2017, so only two years of data are available.
     
    Non-student data sources included: Parent Climate Survey
