Wellness @ Bolling is run by an active employee-driven committee that seeks to bring wellness activities, resources, and accommodations to Bolling Building staff in order to ensure that all employees can be their healthiest selves.

Bolling Wellness Center
The Bolling Wellness Center offers a convenient location for BPS staff to work out before work, during lunch, or after work. The Bolling Wellness Center is fully-functional gym located in the basement of the Bolling Building.Bolling Wellness Center Options:The BWC Plan includes an initial health history and access to the gym and gym equipment. Unlimited access is available for a donation of $20 per month with an initial 6 month commitment. After the 6 months, you may cancel your membership with 30 days notice.Personal TrainingPersonal training, health coaching, or small group is available at additional cost. BPS On the Move
BPS on the Move #BPSonthemove is a running/walking group open all Boston Public Schools employees that meets on Wednesdays at 5:15pm on the main floor of the Bolling Building. This group meets after work and typically goes out for runs/walks ranging in distance from 3- 5 miles where individuals can choose the length they would like to go. They reconvene at 6:00pm for a group picture that is usually photo-shopped to whatever the weekly theme is.BPS on the Move is always accepting new members and the goal of the group is to complete quarterly runs out in the Massachusetts community.
Discounted Hubway Annual MembershipHubway, Boston’s bike share program, is offering city employees a discount on annual membership. BPS employees are eligible to pay $50/year (reg. price $85/year). Additional details available here.The Boston Parks SummerBoston Public Health Commission, the Boston Parks & Recreation Department and Blue Cross Blue Shield MA are partnering to provide the Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series - FREE fitness programming in Boston Parks this summer. The Fitness Series will activate Boston parks while increasing opportunities for physical activity across Boston's neighborhoods.Classes start June 3rd!Complete schedule available here.
