Once you find a grant opportunity that you would like to apply for, please complete the online Intent to Apply Form. This should be completed no later than 2 weeks before the grant deadline.
	The BPS Grants Circular provides details about grant management in the Office of Grants and External Funding.
	This internal grants library provides step-by-step guidance around all grant-management activities, BPS procedures, best practices, contact information, common grant application materials, and commonly asked questions.
	If you are applying for a grant that requires a Letter of Support, please complete the  Intent to Apply Form and the Grants Team will assist you in obtaining a Letter of Support. If you are requesting a Letter of Support where BPS is not the lead applicant, please complete the online Letter of Support Form and the BPS Grants Team will follow up.
	The Office of Grants and External Funding constantly updates this list with opportunities. Once you have identified a grant you would like to apply for and an individual/team to write the grant, please complete the Intent to Apply Form.

All grants awarded to the Boston Public Schools must first obtain approval by the School Committee before any dollars may be accepted into the district. Please note the upcoming dates for School Committee Meetings and the due dates for grants to be submitted to the Office of Grants and External Funding.

The master calendar and draft agenda for each meeting are posted to the Boston School Committee website. 

The below how-documents provide helpful information on how to run some of the common grant management reports at the Boston Public Schools. In order to run these reports, you must have access to BAIS Financials/Peoplesoft.
