The Career Pathways Program

  • The Career Pathways Program is for 16 to 35 year olds who have recently aged out or dropped out of Boston Public Schools.

Classes will be held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, 6:30 p.m to 9:30 p.m. Students will attend academic classes on Tuesday and Thursday to improve skills and knowledge in order to successfully complete the high school program or pass the HiSET. The Wednesday class will focus on College and Career Readiness.

Career Exploratory classes will take place every other Saturday during the school year, cycling through 3 skill areas: Culinary Arts, Automotive, and Building Maintenance as a Green Job.

At completion, students are expected to have an individual career pathway and action plan, as well as their high school credentials. Individual case management is provided.
