Employees must make written requests (in-person, fax or mail) to the BPS Office of Human Resources (OHR) for all Employment and Income Verification. Due to laws and regulations regarding confidentiality of personnel records, OHR cannot release information without an employee's signed authorization to do so. The employees must specify exactly what information is needed and to whom and what information OHR is authorized to release.

For loan forgiveness requests, please submit an HR Inquiry with forms attached on the Beacon via Access.Boston.gov. All former employees must email ohr@bostonpublicschools.org and include any supporting documentation.
