Arrival and Departure 

• Drop off time for children is between 7:15 and 7:30 AM in each child’s assigned classroom.  Children are brought from the school buses into the school between 7:15 and 7:30 AM.
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday dismissal is at 4:35 PM.  Children can be picked up in the classroom before 4:20. Between 4:20 and 4:35 they should be picked up in the Walker Room (room 102).  When picking up your child, please leave the building by 4:35 promptly, so teachers can complete their end-of-day classroom preparation.  Parents are welcome to socialize on the playground.
• Wednesday dismissal is at 11:30 AM.  Children can be picked up in the classroom between 11:15 and 11:30.
• The school buses depart by 4:45 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.  They depart at 11:30 AM on Wednesday.

Early Release Days

Every Wednesday will be professional development for the staff. Buses depart at 11:30 AM on that day. The Wednesday of Thanksgiving week and the last two days of school are Early Release Days. Before those days, parents will receive notification of the exact dismissal time. 

Snow Days

There may be days on which the school is closed due to inclement weather. The school will follow the school closing procedure for the Boston Public Schools. Parents will receive a phone call from Boston Public School's central office to declare school closings.
