The Boston Public Schools' Learning & Information Network for the Community (LINC III) Technology Plan is a living document that guides the district's use of technology from 2006 to 2009.

The three pillars of access, information, and innovation serve as the strategic goals for the plan and outline key initiatives with concrete strategies and activities.

2. Information:Provide access to information and resources to support data-driven decision making, focus on the whole child, and facilitate communication.

3. Innovation: Foster unique opportunities to advance teaching & learning, individualize instruction, and empower students, teachers, and staff to use technology effectively.
