Apply for Jobs
Welcome to the Boston Public Schools Career Center
Please refer to this page during the application process to help you apply to our positions.
- You must "Submit" your application at the end in order to be attached to the selected job opening.
- Never use the browser's "Back" button to navigate.
- Use "Next" and "Previous Page" links within PeopleSoft.
- The "Save" button will only save your application for later use. It will not attach you to a job opening.
Resume Upload/Attachment
- It is advised to "Upload" the resume instead of using the cut and paste options.
- Attachment should be in Word Document format (.doc) or PDF format (.pdf).
- Cover letters should be added as the first page of your resume, if you choose to include one.
Search for Jobs
- Enter the Keywords in the text box.
- Click the "Search" button.
- Use the Advance Search link for additional search functionality.

- You are a current BPS employee / Login to The Hub
- You are not a current employee / View Current Openings (and update your profile or information here)
Technical Requirements
- The Career Center will be unavailable between 2:00am and 7:00am Eastern Time daily.
- Safari 2.0.4 or Internet Explorer 7 or 8
- Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, please hold down the CTRL key when trying to open a resume attachment (Word) link.
- Other browsers may work, but are not supported.
